Our express delivery times are:

• Canada: 5-12 business days

• United States: 7-12 business days

• Europe: 5-9 business days

• Latin America: 10-35 business days

• Other countries: 14-30 business days

Please note that all delivery time estimates are calculated in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times begin from the date the order is shipped.

Some countries may have special customs procedures that can affect delivery times.

Our products will reach you, even if you are in a remote area! However, please keep in mind that delivery may take a little longer.

Keep in mind that import duties and any other applicable fees and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the Buyer.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped directly from one of our many national and international warehouses, and our shipping partners will do everything possible to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Other countries may take around 1-6 weeks (varies by product) due to the distance traveled and customs procedures.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, is returned, or is even lost during the delivery process, we apologize!

The postal service and customs authorities are beyond our control.

However, in such cases, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with faster shipping and full tracking, if possible.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are exclusive of tax in USD, which means that you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once you have received your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, as determined by your local customs office.

Payment of such fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
